The smoothie is so delicious and popular with children too. Use normal oranges if you cannot source blood oranges.
1 good cup of chopped pineapple
1 blood orange
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
Passionfruit pulp (optional - to serve)
Peel the bannana and orange and place in your high speed blender (or nutri-bullet) along with the vanilla, cinnamon, pineapple and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Serving suggestion - Top with passionfruit pulp and a dollop of coconut yoghurt and if desired sprinkle with your favourite granola. YUM!
